RAK Radar is a weekly property-intelligence report covering Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah, published by Vaars Studio. These terms cover the paid subscription, the free July report, and general use of this site.
A paid subscription is AED 1,500 per year, billed automatically each year until cancelled, and includes the current weekly report in web and PDF form plus access to the report archive for as long as the subscription is active. The founding rate of AED 1,500 is held for as long as a founding subscriber keeps renewing without a gap.
The July report is the complete report for that month, not a sample or an excerpt, made available at no charge in exchange for an email address. It is not a time-limited trial and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. September and future months remain paid.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each year at the then-current rate for that subscriber, charged to the card on file via Stripe. Cancel any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is made after that.
See the refund policy. In short: if the report is not what this site describes it to be, the purchase is refunded, no argument.
RAK Radar reports asking prices from active listings, sourced from Property Finder, cross-checked where stated against RAK RERA's public registers. Ras Al Khaimah keeps no public register of completed sales, so nothing in this report is a sold price, a valuation, or investment advice. Decisions made using this report are your own.
The report and its underlying data are for your own use or your own client list if you hold a white-label arrangement. Republishing, scraping, or redistributing the report or its data outside that use isn't permitted without asking first.
This page may be updated from time to time as the product changes. Material changes affecting an active subscriber will be communicated by email.
